  • Providing them with a stylish, official colour palette, tone of voice and brand guideline that reflects on the studio's chic and simple style.

  • Designing, creating and populating their entire website and ensuring that it services the business, is user friendly and helps to drive sales.

  • Managing the business' social media pages and introducing a new social media posting calendar in order to introduce a variety of posts and content.

  • Working on the new look of the studio, including assisting with interior design, adding accents and choosing accessories. 

  • Improving the overall customer journey from initial booking right through to aftercare and follow-ups.
